Delivery Information
Little Paper Bag uses Australia Post for all deliveries, within Australia we have a simple flat rate of $3.50 (per order not per item). To keep delivery costs as low as possible, we do not offer next day delivery as standard although some areas may receive parcels within this time frame. Orders received by 3pm EST will be in the post on the same business day, orders received after this time will be in the post on the following business day. Most parcels should be received within 3 – 5 business days. (Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). If you require express post delivery please contact us directly sarah@littlepaperbag.com.au and we will provide you with a quote. We are happy to register your parcel with Australia Post, this will cost an additional $1.50 per parcel, please select this option in the when you checkout.

Refund and Exchange
Little Paper Bag strives to provide you with products that are of a high quality but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us sarah@littlepaperbag.com.au and we will replace the item, provide you with an alternative item or refund the item value in full.

If for some reason beyond our control you receive a damaged parcel (we take great care in providing you with a beautiful package) please contact us sarah@littlepaperbag.com.au and we will arrange appropriate action.

If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the items value. Any refunds given will be for the items total value and will not include the initial postage charges. Items for exchange or refund will only be accepted if the items are in their original packaging.

To organise an exchange or a refund you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. You can contact us by emailemail. Once you have notified us please place the item/s in the mail and include a self addressed envelope and we will return the item to you as soon as we receive the original. International delivery
Little Paper Bag is happy for our international friends to visit us and place an order. International orders will generally be shipped within 48 hours. International postage rates are as follows and quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
